Returns & Refunds Terms

At The Impactful Product Manager, we aim to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences and resources. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is our return and refund policy for our digital courses, coaching services, and book products.


Courses

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our online course(s). If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted to hello@theimpactfulpm.com

  • You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content

  • Refunds are not granted after the 14-day window

Coaching

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you miss a session or cancel within 24 hours, the session is forfeited and no refund will be issued.


Books

  • Digital eBook purchases are non-refundable due to their instant access nature.

  • Printed paperback books (fulfilled via Amazon) follow Amazon’s return policy. Please refer to your Amazon order details or visit Amazon’s Return Center for more information.


Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
